PalReal is the kind of restaurant where no matter the time of day, you're always guaranteed to get a satisfying meal. Climb a small set of stairs to arrive at this glass-encased patio surrounded by plants. This Guadalajara spot, led by Chef/partner Fabián Delgado, offers a little bit of everything on its contemporary Mexican menu. It's comfort food forward, with everything from starters like quelites tacos with avocado salsa, to entrees such as cochinita pibil with xnipec and blue corn tortillas. While the food alone makes them a great spot for brunch, their coffee makes it even better. Of course, dessert is always a good idea, especially their flan de requeson.
