Noor Bar&Gallery is a legendary classic cocktail bar, designed by architect Sergei Pokrovsky in 2010 and thriving for 11 years thanks to the team led by Marat Sadyarov. Marat Sadyarov is a renowned Russian bartender, to whom we owe the inclusion of the Mojito cocktail on the menus of bars throughout the country (this is a historical fact). He has been wisely managing the Noor bar team since 2010. Marat is a member of the respected bartending collective "Bartenders Brothers." Noor is designed in such a way that it can be located in any part of the world, in any large, modern city, without making any changes to its style or appearance. It maintains unwavering international standards of high service, boasts an impeccable reputation among its staff, and features a grand design. Noor is the perfect pre-theater bar for the innovative Stanislavsky Electro Theatre. The bar hosts guests for all of the theater's major premieres and is essentially the first bar in Moscow to introduce the concept of elegant dinners and cocktails before or after attending the theater. The bar's main menu has been developed over the years. Its authors have included journalist and writer Svetlana Kesoian, David Emmerle, and his talented protégé, chef Max Pogadaev. Currently, young chef Vladimir Zhilin is introducing the concept of "communal" food – food designed for large groups, food meant to be shared. It's about being together, celebrating, and enjoying each other's company.
