Noda

Noda features an eight-seat, half-moon-shaped counter set behind its cocktail lounge, Shinji. The space has a distinct speakeasy feel, with a dark, intimate dining room and an emphasis on both sushi and beverage. The omakase begins with a series of composed opening dishes before moving into nigiri. Chef Shigeyuki Tsunoda works with a calm, measured approach, preparing each piece with precise knifework and careful attention to rice. The fish is pristine and handled with consistency throughout. A strong beverage program, including vintage Champagne and a deep sake selection, complements the experience.
