A legendary burger bar in the heart of Krasnodar

"Nakhlebnik" is a burger bar that marked the beginning of the "right" burger culture in Krasnodar. Here, patties are made from fresh, locally sourced meat and cooked in a Josper oven, the sauces are created according to recipes by chef Rusanna Koshokova, and the vegetables are delivered from the Central Market – just a 90-step walk from the establishment. All of this is assembled in a brioche bun made in-house, and you can also choose a lavash wrap or a lettuce leaf. A special feature is the breakfast menu. Guests can choose a pre-designed dish or create their own, like building a model. The breakfast menu is carefully balanced and thought out in every detail. The interior of "Nakhlebnik" seems to be outside of time: Viennese and metal chairs, posters of young Schwarzenegger and Stallone, videos of retro aerobics, a cassette player, and the soft glow of neon signs create the atmosphere of a cult café from the 80s, but with a modern menu. The establishment is located in the city center. It's a convenient place to have breakfast after a workout, grab a quick bite while running errands, or "wind down" the night after a party. On Fridays and Saturdays, the burger bar is open 24 hours – the "Forrest Gump" cocktail and the signature burger have long become a local tradition before heading home.
