Na Dache

"Na Dache" is a countryside project spearheaded by chef Dmitry Parikov. This gastronomic space, designed for hosting outdoor events in a chef's table format, is located on Dmitry Parikov's property in the village of Ozhigovo, just an hour's drive from the center of Moscow. The idea for the project belongs to Dmitry Parikov and his wife, Anna. The design of the space was personally overseen by the head chef, and when the building was ready, Dmitry personally carried out the renovations and furnished the space with vintage furniture and decorative elements to create a specific atmosphere. The set design and floral arrangements are handled by Decor K.A. art, represented by Anna and her sister, Ekaterina. "Na Dache" is a year-round countryside space with a cozy, home-like atmosphere and an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The project was created with the aim of immersing guests in the history of country living and providing aesthetic pleasure, where dishes are primarily cooked over an open flame, pleasant music plays from a vinyl record player, and guests interact with each other. Creating the right atmosphere is of paramount importance, and "Na Dache" offers the opportunity to escape from high-end gastronomy and immerse oneself in a relaxed atmosphere in nature. The chef has his own cellar on the property, where he stores homemade pickles, marinades, jams, and infusions. The grounds also feature a garden with flowers and a small vegetable patch, where aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables are grown, as well as a greenhouse with peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Here, you can take a walk in the forest, escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and spend time in a comfortable, home-like setting. The project hosts themed dinners one or two times a month, as well as private events.
