"Meat Syndicate" is a premium steakhouse in Sochi, where the cult of meat is elevated to the highest level. The restaurant's concept is based on uncompromising quality: we work with products from the best farms in Russia (Voronezh, Bryansk), and also import marbled beef from Japan, Argentina, and Australia. The meat is cooked on a Josper grill, which enhances the natural flavor of each cut. The preparation process takes place in our own dry-aging chamber, which is integrated into the interior and welcomes guests right at the entrance. The restaurant's wine list features over 300 selections, and the cheese platter offers a gastronomic journey through Europe, from Italian to French and Swiss varieties. We bake fresh vegetable brioche and other types of bread daily. A special point of pride is our in-house gastronomy, including pastrami made from beef heart, wild boar meat, cured ham, and much more. We also offer the finest Spanish jamón J5 – a benchmark of quality! During the week, we offer hearty meat-focused brunch options, while on weekends, we offer luxurious steak-inspired brunch variations featuring premium cuts. The burger menu features iconic combinations of farm cheeses, signature sauces, and carefully selected meats. The interior creates the atmosphere of a true meat restaurant, where attention to detail is paramount: warm, cozy lighting, bold design elements, and the presence of fire. A unique feature of the restaurant is the interactive presentation of dishes, starting with a complimentary bread and salt service and extending to the dessert menu. This is a place for those who appreciate meat as an art form.
