Housed in a beautifully converted barn, Mudbrick is annexed to the vineyard of the same name. The idyllic vistas are a huge draw, especially at sunset. With plenty of overseas experience, the Kiwi-Indian chef champions his own style of cooking blending European, Japanese and Indian influences.
