Trendy drinks, authentic classics paired with signature dishes, and a zen-like atmosphere are all part of the new project from Alba Group. Located in the "Three Stations. Depot" gastronomic district, the new Japanese bistro, Momonga, is opening its doors. The concept of the restaurant is inspired by modern Tokyo cafes, which serve as an "oasis" of tranquility amidst the bustling metropolis. The name of the project refers to a Japanese creature – the flying squirrel, the Ezo Momonga, considered one of the cutest and rarest animals in Japan. The interior design adheres to the principles of traditional Japanese minimalism, where nothing distracts the guest from their thoughts and the time spent with themselves. The abundance of light wood and natural light, thanks to the panoramic windows, creates a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Chef Stas Kim is responsible for the culinary aspect of the bistro. His menu features authentic Japanese classics alongside signature dishes and comfort food options. The menu includes both popular rolls like Philadelphia (950₽) and California (630₽), as well as signature creations. For example, the Komorebi roll with crab and salmon (650₽) or the Fuji roll with eel and cucumber (950₽). You can also find various types of maki, hand rolls, gunkan, and sushi with fresh fish or seafood. Among the appetizers, be sure to try the signature variations of smashed cucumbers with salmon (720₽) or dorade (720₽). In addition to Japanese classics, the menu also features Asian-style poke bowls, a signature tostada, and even tacos with crab, tuna, and other fillings. Hot dishes offer comfort food inspired by the Tuyo district, a bustling business area. This approach to the menu is perfectly suited to the Krasnoselsky district, which is filled with offices and operates at a fast pace. For fans of Japanese noodles, the soba with chicken (630₽) and udon with seafood (950₽) are highly recommended.
