The path from ideal to simplicity is just one step. That step embodies the philosophy of KOJO. KOJO Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe located in the "Tri Vokzala. Depo" food hall. We select coffee beans with a SCA score of 85 and maintain strict quality control, overseen by our team of AST-certified professionals, Q-graders, and a skilled roaster. For us, coffee processing is a process that requires an individual approach to each batch and ensures consistently high quality. We work with farmers who share rare varieties and experimental processing methods. We travel across continents in search of high-quality farms that prioritize terroir and processing. KOJO produces coffee for pour-over brewing, espresso, and also offers VFR-style drip bags. We have our own large-scale production facility that can meet the needs of both individual and wholesale customers. Coffee beans are roasted using a Loring S15 Falcon roaster.
