Levels is a restaurant that combines an open kitchen, a social bar, and the city's first chef's table, transforming dinner into a complete culinary experience.
The driving force behind the project is Anna Makarova. The concept of Levels was born from the desire to create a new type of restaurant in Tver – a place where gastronomy blends with atmosphere, events, and a sense of belonging. The project's head chef is Kirill Savreev. The cuisine is based on a new generation of regional gastronomy: local ingredients, modern techniques, and original presentations, all combined with a systematic and technological approach. The menu is built around a modern interpretation of Russian flavors, with respect for the ingredients and attention to detail. A special feature is the chef's table, the first in Tver. This unique format offers a tasting menu with seasonal updates and interactive presentations, allowing guests to observe the kitchen in action and become part of the culinary process. The bar menu complements the restaurant's concept. The focus is on Russian wines from different regions of the country, ranging from historic wineries to young producers. The cocktail list features original creations based on local flavors and seasonal ingredients. The interior of Levels is characterized by its raw and minimalist design. The materials used include metal, wood, glass, and live plants. The space is divided into several areas: a social bar with open seating, a communal table for coworking, creative workshops, and business meetings, an open kitchen with the chef's table, and a veranda with panoramic views of the outdoor dining area. The design was created by the AnZa Architecture & Design Studio, and the project features works by the young artist Anastasia Solovieva. The Levels restaurant is part of a culinary complex located on Radishchev Boulevard, a unified space with restaurants, bars, and a stage for events. The complex offers not only gastronomy but also a diverse event program, including collaborations, festivals, parties, and seasonal events. The project is open to a wide audience: residents of the city, tourists, families with children, groups of friends, and business meetings. Levels is a restaurant where you can come for lunch or a business meeting during the week, for dinner with friends in the evening, or while exploring the city center. Levels is shaping a new culture of urban gastronomy – accessible, modern, and focused on local products.
