ABOUT THE RESTAURANT LESNOY is the flagship restaurant of Crocus Group, a joint project by Emin Agalarov and Grigory Leps, located in a historic building that once housed a tram depot. The "forest" theme that permeates LESNOY is reflected in the loft-style interior, filled with greenery, and most importantly, in the menu created by Chef Sergei Batukov. The menu at LESNOY pays homage to international cuisine, incorporating time-tested classics. However, it avoids being ordinary; the "forest" focus makes the restaurant's cuisine not only reliably high-quality but also intriguing. The section dedicated to forest specialties prominently features wild game, herbs, and other carefully selected natural ingredients.
