Lenz Leslie Himmelheber pours his heart and soul into his cheerful, modern restaurant and his style of hosting has a distinctive personal touch. In season, the self-proclaimed "duckman" carves his signature Vierlande duck at your table. The menu also includes regional, seasonal and cosmopolitan cuisine with dishes such as salmon tartare with ponzu beurre noisette, pear and avocado, or "Wiener schnitzel deluxe" with cucumber salad, truffle chips and truffle mayonnaise. A separate lunch menu featuring simpler and more affordable dishes is another highlight. The food is complemented by an appealing wine list, service is attentive, and the bright conservatory can be opened up in summer!
