Le Ri

Le Ri, located in the Mantera Supreme hotel, is a unique restaurant concept blending Pan-Asian and French cuisine, created by Ilya Zakharov. It features stunning presentations, carefully curated food pairings, premium wines, and breathtaking panoramic views of Sochi from the eighth floor.

Le Ri is situated on the 8th floor of the new luxury hotel, Mantera Supreme, in Sirius. The restaurant's concept revolves around the fusion of French and Pan-Asian cuisines, executed with the signature style of Chef Ilya Zakharov. The chef's culinary creations attract food enthusiasts from across Russia with their distinctive style and creative approach to using local ingredients. Ilya Zakharov, a recipient of numerous awards and host of popular TV shows on the "Friday" channel, including "Black List. In the Kitchen," "Call the Chef," and "Secrets in the Kitchen," describes his style as a combination of impeccable discipline and adventurousness.

The menu features unusual dishes with elements of molecular gastronomy, with a focus on seafood. A key feature of the restaurant is its elegant presentation and carefully considered food pairings – unique combinations of drinks and food that allow you to discover new flavor dimensions. Le Ri boasts a diverse selection of signature cocktails made with premium spirits, and an extensive wine list featuring exclusive selections and a special focus on local producers. The head sommelier, Evgeny Ksenofontov, has curated a wine list of over 500 labels, including a wide selection of champagnes from renowned houses and talented producers. All wines are stored in a special wine cellar that maintains the ideal conditions for preserving their flavor profiles.

The restaurant offers stunning views of the Black Sea and the Caucasus mountain range. The interior design incorporates colors and shades inspired by the plumage of the black-winged tern, a bird commonly found in the Imeretian Lowlands. Le Ri is characterized by a magical atmosphere reminiscent of a tropical forest, with accents of green marble and travertine, bamboo details, and elegant lamps providing soft lighting.

Each month, the restaurant hosts special four-handed gastronomic dinners, where Chef Zakharov's team collaborates with guest chefs to create a unique menu for the guests.
