About

A city cafe from two Australian chefs, featuring baked goods from their own namesake bakery, original menus, a cocktail list, a wine list, and a coffee selection.

This long-awaited project comes from Australian chefs Glen Ballis and Tom Halpin. Three years ago, they opened Layerz Bakery, whose bread and pastries can be found on the menus of some of Moscow's best cafes and restaurants. Under the Layerz brand, the project team is launching a new concept: a city cafe, where, in addition to the bakery's pastries and bread, there is a full menu with original dishes, as well as a cocktail list with a selection of signature cocktails and a wine list featuring 15 different wines served by the glass. Another key feature of the project is the coffee. The coffee drinks are made with a carefully selected coffee blend, and for true connoisseurs, there will be a rotating selection of single-origin coffees. The coffee drinks will be served in specially designed coffee cups.

The Layerz Café is a cozy, light-filled space with a spacious outdoor terrace. Glen and Tom wanted to create a place that feels like an Australian coastal cafe, where guests can enjoy delicious food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. You can find Layerz Café in the heart of Moscow, at 6 Bolshoy Kislosky Lane (Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
