Ayu

AYU is a classic Japanese sushi omakase restaurant from the White Rabbit Family, located on Romanov Lane. The project is led by Japanese chef Tomura Rishun, who has over 21 years of experience working in Japan and abroad. The menu focuses on seasonal fish and seafood sourced directly from Japan and other select regions, with dishes served in an omakase format – a carefully curated sequence designed to showcase the peak flavor of each ingredient.

The intimate space accommodates 12 guests and is decorated in authentic Japanese style: natural wood, tatami mats, and a counter made from 300-year-old hinoki cypress create a truly Japanese atmosphere. The restaurant's service is based on the philosophy of omotenashi – attentiveness to the guest and the ability to anticipate their needs.
