Set within the La Fiorida complex – a low‑impact, farm‑stay operation – the restaurant La Preséf serves a modern cuisine that is deeply rooted in the local terroir. Most ingredients come from the property’s own garden and the adjoining farm (zero‑kilometer, farm‑to‑table sourcing). The venue features a traditional feeding trough (called a “preséf” in the local dialect) and an on‑site creamery. It stands out for its visual and sensory experimentation, a hallmark of a cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. Guests who love alpine products can choose between two tasting menus, selected online at the time of booking: the first is a shorter, more traditional route; the second is slightly more creative while still staying firmly anchored to local tradition. The wine list also offers an excellent selection of indigenous labels.
