About

La Poste on Myasnitskaya is a small, cozy café-bakery located in the historical center of the capital. Ekaterina Kuznetsova, the driving force behind the project, is one of the most renowned bakers in the country, a graduate of the Parisian culinary school Lenôtre and the National Institute of Baking and Pastry Arts (INBP) in Rouen, and a lecturer who travels the country giving talks about bread. La Poste offers a small but carefully curated selection: croissants and pastries, cakes and madeleines, classic Parisian sandwiches, and *paté en croûte*. They also offer special themed collections for New Year's, Easter, and the summer season. You can also find traditional baguettes and *campagne* bread, as well as gluten-free options, *simmit* bread, and *harvest* bread. The bread and pastries are not only delicious but also made with the highest quality ingredients, from the flour and butter to the caramel and fruit. In addition to the pastries and bread, you can enjoy excellent coffee, lemonades, hot chocolate, and seasonal drinks.
