Fonoteca

The "Phonoteca" on the lower level of the Flâner restaurant is the first listening bar in Russia, featuring a high-fidelity audio system. Music is the dominant element here. The interior design is, in a way, musically functional. The chairs rotate 360 degrees, the furniture and seating arrangements create an ideal audio environment, and even the decor is chosen to enhance the acoustics of the room. Complementing the high-quality sound is a bar menu curated by bar manager Alexander Glazunov, alongside snacks inspired by Tel Aviv.
