In the small village of Pupnat, some ten kilometres from Korčula, this intimate family-run tavern has welcomed guests with warmth and authenticity since 2000. The whole family is involved in the running of the establishment, bringing forth a cuisine that celebrates natural flavours and tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary touch. The menu is built around the property’s own produce: house-made charcuterie, goat’s cheeses aged on site, vegetables from the kitchen garden, local olive oil and wines. Among the most appreciated dishes, the handmade ravioli filled with goat’s cheese and served with a fragrant sage sauce, stand out. The covered terrace, lit by lanterns, with large solid wooden tables that invite convivial dining, is a particularly evocative setting.
