Biljana Milina Cooking, to me, is an act of gratitude for the island that feeds us, for the people who still grow, fish and produce with patience, and respect for every ingredient. Together with my family, I cook what this place offers in its own time. Some ingredients come from our gardens, others from trusted local hands, but every plate carries the same intention: to honour Korčula through food that is simple, sincere and full of character. Tradition is something we live, every single day.
