The interior continues the urban aesthetic of the building's facade: concrete, brick walls, metal beams, subdued lighting, and a "living" fireplace. On the third floor, guests will find an open veranda where they can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The menu of the new "Kamchatka Bistro-Grill" features fish and seafood dishes that represent culinary classics from around the world, harmoniously combined with traditional Russian cuisine. In the soup section, borscht is paired with tom yum. Among the cold appetizers, you can find both scallop carpaccio and a selection of pickled items. The hot dishes include chicken or lamb kebabs, and a variety of grilled dishes such as a seafood platter, sea bass, salmon, lamb chops, and steak. For lovers of Georgian cuisine, the fragrant khachapuri with its stretchy cheese and the juicy khinkali dumplings, with their perfect ratio of meat, dough, and broth, are sure to be irresistible.
