The chefs make a point of sourcing their ingredients locally and work with trusted producers. Alongside the standard menu, there is a menu of the day plus a weekly special. Popular grilled veal and pork hock dishes, as well as duck, are also available if ordered in advance. Martin Rank represents the fifth generation of the family to manage this time-honoured establishment. The countryside surrounding the small village of Kirchbichl makes for a lovely backdrop.
