A training laboratory and a gastronomic restaurant where students of the Siberian Federal University's Institute of Gastronomy work alongside guest chefs.

#Stories is the only restaurant in Russia located within a higher education institution, the Institute of Gastronomy. It functions both as a fine dining restaurant open to all guests and as a training laboratory for student projects. This restaurant is a blank canvas. We are too young and have too much to say to confine ourselves to rigid structures. There is no fixed menu; each lunch and dinner is a unique creation, constantly evolving, being refined, perfected, and sometimes disappearing forever. Only a tasting menu is offered. Each dinner is a carefully orchestrated performance of dishes, ingredients, cooking techniques, wines, temperatures, sounds, and lighting. It is something that cannot be replicated or described; it must be experienced. The creators of these dinners are renowned guest chefs from Russia. They are assisted by students from the Institute of Gastronomy affiliated with INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE.
