Its entrance is independent from the luxurious Conrad Algarve hotel and displays an unmistakable character, both through the private lobby bar and the elegant, contemporary dining room. The terrace, perched above the pool, can further enhance the experience! The culinary offerings are created by renowned German chef Heinz Beck (holder of three MICHELIN stars at La Pergola, Rome), who remains faithful to a philosophy rooted in Mediterranean and Italian influences, emphasising a balance of modernity and the creation of healthy cuisine, increasingly recognised under concepts such as “healthy cooking”. It offers an à la carte service and two tasting menus, one with 7 and one with 9 courses, both with a pairing option. A signature dish from the chef? Be sure to try his famous Fagottelli Carbonara - marvellous homemade pasta in the shape of small pouches - filled with carbonara and Pecorino cheese, which bursts with flavour.
