The culinary offerings are created by renowned German chef Heinz Beck (holder of three MICHELIN stars at La Pergola, Rome), who remains faithful to a philosophy rooted in Mediterranean and Italian influences, emphasising a balance of modernity and the creation of healthy cuisine, increasingly recognised under concepts such as “healthy cooking”. It offers an à la carte service and two tasting menus, one with 7 and one with 9 courses, both with a pairing option. A signature dish from the chef? Be sure to try his famous Fagottelli Carbonara - marvellous homemade pasta in the shape of small pouches - filled with carbonara and Pecorino cheese, which bursts with flavour.
