GREMM

Gremm is the first urban resort that combines the pleasure of relaxation in an aquatic zone with culinary discoveries. Every guest of the thermal complex can order dishes from 25 different food stalls and have them delivered directly to the pool.

The GREMM project is the first flagship project of the similarly named network of urban resorts currently under development. The project owners have previously renovated and launched "Usachevsky Market," "Central Market," the market on Lenin Street, "Central Market on Maroseyka," as well as a number of bathhouse and spa concepts, including "Rublevo Baths," "Warsaw Baths," "Koptsev Baths," and others.

The GREMM project, located in the southern part of Moscow, comprises several spaces united by the atmosphere of "a seaside vacation abroad," all within the district.

Here, you'll find a thermal complex with an open-air pool on the roof, numerous jacuzzis, saunas, and spa areas, a food hall with 25 food stalls, and even a small farmers' market offering products from local producers. A key feature of the project is the ability to order dishes not only while in the food hall, but also directly from the pool or jacuzzi, using a mobile app and smart screens.
