Gourmetrestaurant Tannenhof

About

Following stints in some of the world's finest kitchens – including the three-MICHELIN-starred The Table Kevin Fehling in Hamburg – Dennis Ilies has found his way to the Tyrolean Alps; specifically, to the exclusive boutique Hotel Tannenhof. Here, Alpine luxury extends far beyond the seven suites; the restaurant itself exudes style and sophistication, boasting magnificent views through large windows and a breathtaking terrace perched high above St Anton. The cuisine, too, is noteworthy: modern yet firmly rooted in classic culinary tradition, resulting in exciting compositions of the highest quality. Exquisite details and masterful flavour contrasts are showcased in dishes such as veal sweetbreads with crunchy, nutty amaranth, grilled red pepper and braised apricot, finished with a saffron hollandaise and veal head jus. The set menu, "Taste the Alps – Discover the World", comes in four or six courses. Alternatively, you can opt for the "Casual Sharing Concept" and order à la carte. The food is complemented by an outstanding international wine list featuring some 600 labels.
