Georgian cuisine with a unique twist.
The Glinz restaurant, located on the Petrograd side and part of the hotel of the same name, is a new project under the Ginza Project banner, known for its quality. The intimate and aesthetically pleasing space can comfortably accommodate 30 guests, and plans are in place to build a terrace on the embankment of the Big Neva next year. The menu features a wide range of Georgian dishes – khachapuri, pkhali, chashushuli – but with unexpected flavor combinations. The khachapuri is made with pear and gorgonzola cheese, while the miniature khinkali dumplings are served with a baje sauce. The appetizer section also features a small, innovative revolution: a salad with warm eggplant has been transformed beyond recognition, with the addition of shrimp and creamy stracciatella, turning a classic into a dish that is instantly addictive. Even the simplest flatbread with seasonal tomatoes and stracciatella is a harmonious blend of flavors and high-quality ingredients, shattering all stereotypes about Georgian cuisine – a fascinating, multifaceted, and fresh dish.
