The philosophy and vision of the project are to offer the residents of Vladivostok a taste of "sybaritism," the art of enjoying life and the moment. This is reflected in the project's commitment to providing high-quality products and services at affordable prices, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that evokes memories of pleasant summer vacations in Mediterranean resorts. A key feature of the project is its focus on engaging all of a person's senses (with an emphasis on visual, tactile, and olfactory experiences) to create a memorable and immersive experience. Comfort and convenience are paramount. The project's culinary specialization focuses on the cuisine of southern Italy and Greece, specifically the regions of Sicily and Santorini. The restaurant aims to be a place for relaxed daytime enjoyment, transforming into a vibrant Mediterranean town in the evening, filled with a sense of pleasure and gratitude for another day lived. Guests are greeted by a welcoming "Italian" brand ambassador who offers cheese or homemade lemon liqueur, and shares stories and anecdotes about the Mediterranean region, the dishes, and the drinks. The interior design is perceived as stylish, minimalist, unpretentious, relaxing, and comfortable. While lacking a rigid visual concept, the interior incorporates elements that evoke associations with the sea, southern Italy, and luxurious coastal resorts. The menu offers a wide range of prices, with the majority of dishes priced in the affordable range, up to 590 rubles, making it accessible to a broad audience. However, the menu also features unique and original dishes that are not found anywhere else in the city, presented as seasonal, one-time, or festival specials – offering guests the opportunity to try something new. The restaurant is perceived by guests as a stylish establishment suitable for everyday visits, celebrations, entertaining guests, and romantic dates. The restaurant's core values are: authenticity, genuineness, generosity, passion, joy, accessibility, popularity (without being pretentious), and openness. Key areas of the establishment include the bar, kitchen, aquariums, wine cellar, an Italian goods shop, the staff, and the window-side seating, which creates a sense of lively activity.
