Rezoan has worked in America and Europe, and has opened restaurants in Nizhnevartovsk, Khabarovsk, Surgut, Nefteyugansk, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Saransk, Vladikavkaz, Nalchik, Voronezh, and Moscow. The main principle in his work is absolute personal control over the kitchen and the quality of the products. Only 100% halal beef and chicken are used in the burgers and meat dishes. The dishes are prepared using veal from the North Caucasus region, which was raised on Russian mountain pastures specifically for From. The buns, sauces, snacks, meat, and cheeses – all the dishes at FROM are made from products produced in-house. Thanks to the chef's experience and standards, From maintains a high level of restaurant quality, while the democratic approach and "Quality for Everyone" policy make the prices accessible to everyone.
