Fitz Gin Bar: A Gin Lover's Paradise with 72 Labels from Around the World, Signature Cocktails, and Bold Snacks

Fitz Gin Bar is a haven for gin enthusiasts, boasting a collection of 72 labels from around the world and cocktails crafted by head bartender Roman Morozov. The bar features elegant interiors and bold snacks created by Alexander Yermakov.

Gin's versatility and vast selection have made it one of the most popular beverages worldwide. From Chinese gin infused with salted plum to French gin distilled with pear, and Vietnamese quince gin to English, Dutch, Spanish, Danish, Colombian, Israeli, Armenian, and Russian varieties, head bartender Roman Morozov (Vogue Café, Mr. Lee) has curated a comprehensive collection of gins at Fitz Gin Bar. The collection includes all major gin styles, from London Dry to Old Tom, Sloe gins, Genever, and aged varieties.

This new establishment is part of the Fitz Gastro Project restaurant group. The elegant interiors, inspired by the art of China and the East, pay homage to both the exotic botanicals that contribute to gin's complex aroma and the historical milestones in its development, from the Dutch East India Company to the rise of London Dry gin.

Gin aficionados will find a true paradise at Fitz. The bartenders are prepared to create two dozen classic cocktails using any gin from the bar's collection. In addition to popular choices like the Martinez, Negroni, Gimlet, Singapore Sling, and French 75, the menu features forgotten classics such as the Angel Face, Tuxedo, Monkey Gland, and White Lady. The price of a drink varies depending on the chosen gin category (Best Gins - 1,290 rubles, Good Choice - 890 rubles, New Experience - 690 rubles). The cocktail menu also includes a selection of classic drinks based on rum, whiskey, and vodka.

The most popular gin-based drink, the gin and tonic, is offered in six variations, all served on tap (590 rubles each). The Cream-Soda evokes the flavors of childhood lemonade, while the Electro features curaçao and the spilanthes flowers that give it its name, creating a tingling sensation on the tongue and enhancing the perception of flavors. The Gooseberry gin and tonic features gooseberries. The Porn Star gin and tonic is a playful take on the famous cocktail, while the Flowers combines a bouquet of lavender, rose, elderflower, and annatto. The Neiro, inspired by a neural network, includes hemp cordial and lemongrass.

Any gin can also be enjoyed neat. This approach provides gin lovers with ample opportunity for comparative tastings and thoughtful selection of the "best" gin in the world, according to their own preferences.

Chef Alexander Yermakov (De Torino, Fiorentini) has curated a selection of the best ingredients from around the world to complement Roman Morozov's elegant cocktails. These bold and flavorful snacks are the perfect accompaniment to any bar experience. Start with olives nocturne served with a Dry Martini (390 rubles) or kimchi pineapple (420 rubles) for a more adventurous option. The compact chicken (580 rubles) and shredded beef (580 rubles) tacos offer a concentrated burst of flavor, while a dedicated steak section hints at a long and eventful evening. The spicy tuna tartare served on crispy fried rice (540 rubles) is as intense and invigorating as the classic beef tartare (1,350 rubles), which is served in a brioche bun like a burger. This "armor-piercing" snack combines salt, fat, and sweetness. The ceviche of scallops, shrimp, and tuna (1,450 rubles) is lighter, featuring leche de tigre with added tomato water. Grilled salmon skewers with green curry (1,650 rubles), chicken breast with curry risotto (880 rubles), and slow-cooked beef ribs in a soy BBQ sauce (1,430 rubles) offer a range of vibrant flavors that awaken the palate, refresh, and invigorate.

Every Friday and Saturday, from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM, DJs create a lively atmosphere. Stay tuned for announcements on the website and social media.
