FATTO A MANO is a restaurant in the center of Moscow, featuring its own pizza oven and offering over 10 types of pasta, all made by hand.
The restaurant's name, "fatto a mano," which means "handmade," reflects its approach to food. The project's chef, Alexander Kabanov, says: "I believe that cuisine, especially Italian cuisine, is a form of creativity, filled with vibrant emotions and incredible warmth. That's why each dish is unique: we prepare it especially for you. Italian cuisine is based on fresh ingredients, simple components, herbs, and seafood. Fatto a mano adheres to these traditions." Highlights from the menu include: carpaccio of dry-aged marble beef, marinated artichokes, Ligurian seafood soup, Milanese veal, Sicilian steak, and osso buco with aromatic vegetables.
