About
Dreamers create for their own enjoyment and to bring joy to others!
The idea for a bistro with fresh pastries, excellent coffee, and a uniquely friendly atmosphere, where people could have breakfast at any time of day, bringing their friends and even their dogs, and immediately connect with like-minded people at the next table, came to the project's creator, Yegor Mosyagin, back in 2020. And this idea came to life – the pieces fell into place: a suitable space and furniture were found, the walls gradually "came to life" with paintings gifted to Yegor by the bistro's guests, who have become friends, as well as friends who have become guests of the bistro. A harmonious menu was created, a team was formed, and, as often happens, after a year, "FANTASY" gained a new hall, where exhibitions are planned to be held, and after which, for a month, art lovers and connoisseurs of beauty will be able to acquire works for their collections. For now, the first hall serves as the bistro, while the second hall, designed as a living room, is increasingly used for wine tastings, and to the sounds of a vinyl record player, the bistro's regulars engage in endless discussions. In just over two years, "FANTASY" has truly become a favorite meeting place for residents of the surrounding Lomonosov, Gagarin, and Lenin districts. And, as is well known, more space allows for greater freedom of imagination – so a new chef, Andrei Sokolov, joined the project.
One could talk endlessly about the interior of "FANTASY," because every detail here, just like every guest – whether they are a student or a retiree, large families with children, or couples in love – has its own unique soul and its own story. Each painting and poster has its own extraordinary origin story: they could have easily become a bulky, imposed, and noisy color scheme, but that didn't happen – and each canvas found its wall and its neighbor, creating a wonderful and kind energy in its "zone of responsibility" and a remarkable harmony with all the accent elements of this consciously organized creative chaos. Bright armchairs, a vinyl record player, and books that evoke cherished childhood memories, large windows, tables, and cushions – each detail was found by Yegor Mosyagin and acquired through negotiations at garage sales, FckngChairs sales, flea markets, and galleries specializing in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Some of the furniture had to be restored, while other pieces were acquired in perfect condition, but the fact remains: the interior design of "FANTASY" is a work of art in itself, and it once again proves that dreamers create for their own enjoyment and to bring joy to others!
