About
A large, welcoming "family" restaurant from the popular LL Group chain.
The restaurant is designed in muted gray tones, creating an atmosphere of both relaxation and elegance. The color palette allows the focus to remain on the important elements of the interior. The heart of the project is a large, cylindrical wine cellar with its own microclimate. It features 460 labels from various countries and producers. The wine cellar has become the focal point of the interior, setting the tone for the entire space: a brass arch, a chandelier – an art object inspired by sparkling wine in a glass, bright orange suede upholstery on designer chairs, and an ironic painting by contemporary artist Evgeny Ches, created using artificial intelligence.
The menu, as always, features beloved Caucasian dishes, including signature khinkali with perfectly folded, thin dough, recognized as some of the best in the city. There are about 20 varieties: with nagud cheese and sulguni cheese, fried with sage in clarified butter, with red beans and mushrooms, with beef in a creamy pepper sauce, with tender lamb, and even with chocolate cream. Among the appetizers and salads, the emphasis is on fresh combinations and vibrant flavors – spinach pkhali, walnut hummus, and a salad with crispy eggplant and cheese. From the hot dishes, we recommend trying mini lamb kebabs, cooked in a wood-fired oven, or kutaby with cheese and herbs. A must-try is the khachapuri, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as well as the round, artisanal versions with double dough and triple cheese.
A final important touch is the desserts, prepared in a Caucasian style. For example, baklava with walnuts: these are not the usual layered pastries, but airy rhombuses, baked to a golden crust and soaked in honey syrup. The bar menu at the new restaurant on Orlikov Pereulok features beer and cider, as well as an extensive wine list with exclusive selections from Abkhazia. Among them are the complex, fruity Chardonnay Sattorio or the aged Sauvignon Blanc Fly Wine, whose aroma combines white fruits and flowers, framed by notes of oak wood. The restaurant's mezzanine features a cozy room for groups of up to 12 people, where you can host events of any format.
"Khinkali & Wine" on Orlikov Pereulok is another attractive spot on the city's map, where comfort is valued in everything, and everyone feels like part of a large family.
