The Northern Bar EIRIK BIRCH is a place that you can't help but fall in love with from the very first moment. Aesthetically. Gastronomically. In terms of atmosphere. The restaurateurs Nikita Lohanin and Ruslan Sadykov are a partnership that has brought a unique space to this small town. Inspired by the collective image of a Scandinavian traveler, they have embodied the best qualities, the ideal that each of us strives for: freedom, a thirst for adventure, and the lasting impression of something new. This is what Eirik Birch represents, the soul of the company, around whose vision the project's ideology was built. So, what exactly is this Northern Bar? The gastronomy of the bar stands out from stereotypical dishes with products from all over the world, complemented by Northern accents such as moss, berries, and pine cones. In line with the eco-friendly approach, chef Damir Safin adheres to conscious consumption in the "zero waste" direction, which also aligns with the overall natural concept of Scandinavian minimalism. The cocktail menu features 10 signature cocktails, each with its own story, named after ten cities on our planet that inspired Eirik Birch. It is based on homemade cordials and is constantly updated with seasonal offerings. The interior is a separate chapter, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. It is based on the Scandinavian principle of "lagom," with simple lines and natural elements, particularly birch. This tree is present throughout the space, both in its full form and in miniature, and is subtly reflected in the lighting fixtures and, of course, in the logo – a familiar haven that brings us back to our roots after long journeys. The bar's team is of particular importance – people who not only work here but also share the ideology, inspire, and are inspired. They are the connecting thread between history, legends, and the present moment. They create the magic that draws guests back and makes them fall in love with this place more and more with each visit. The red hats are the calling card of the Northern Bar. We're willing to bet that you immediately think of Jacques-Yves Cousteau and the little girl from the fairy tale. Our goal is to give people emotions, and our mission is to develop a culture, broaden perspectives, and inspire a desire to see more of the world through our eyes.
