A restaurant serving modern Russian cuisine, offering traditional Russian dishes with a contemporary twist.

"Dворяне" restaurant is located in the heart of the city, near Isaac Square, in a historic building at 1 Post Office Street. The interior is designed in a neoclassical style. An antique fireplace adorns the room, providing warmth to the guests, just as it did a century ago. Many of the interior elements were custom-made for the restaurant. The "Dворяне" menu features a wide selection of traditional Russian dishes, reimagined for the modern palate. Appetizers include tartare made from young venison, Baltic herring "under a fur coat," and "Mimosa" with cod liver pate. Main courses include "Dворянская" fish soup, "kundumy" dumplings with mushroom caviar, and "skoblyanka" with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumbers. For dessert, try the "Napoleon" cake with dried plums or the rye brownie with salted caramel. The restaurant's wine list is a source of pride, with a large selection of Russian wines. Many of the wines are top-rated among domestic wines or are produced in limited quantities. The menu also includes wines from other countries, representing a timeless classic. The restaurant offers a selection of draft beers on tap, as well as an impressive presentation of many dishes and drinks. For example, signature cocktails are served "with a smoky effect," in a "golden cage," or accompanied by an intermission bell. In the future, "Dворяне" plans to host chef's tables, dinners with renowned winemakers, and unforgettable gastronomic evenings for the "nobility."
