The "Dvortsovaya" restaurant, a flagship project of the "DV Group" restaurant company, is located in the heart of the white-stone Kremlin of Tobolsk, in the square in front of the Governor's Palace. During the formation of the Siberian Governorate (18th-19th centuries), this place became not only the residence of the highest officials, but also a center for making key decisions that played an important role in the history of the Russian state. The Tobolsk Kremlin has been a place of attraction for centuries, evolving and developing under the influence of each new governor. The energy of the architectural space defined the core of the restaurant's concept.

The culture of Tobolsk in the 18th-19th centuries was enriched and shaped by each new governor. Therefore, today "Dvortsovaya" offers a unique interpretation and modern gastronomic trends, with a special focus on local specialties. The architectural space, as a key witness to epoch-making events in the history of Siberia and the Russian Empire, has been deliberately preserved in its original state. The interiors of "Dvortsovaya" retain the original tunnel-like structure, exposed brickwork on the walls, open ceilings, and window sills, with classic elements in the interior design. The wall reliefs made of tiles, found in the Governor's Palace, symbolize prosperity, abundance, and the special design of the city. Bright artistic tapestries, such as those brought by merchants from the Great Silk Road, and modern images of Siberian animals, symbolizing the main currency of that era, represent abundance and wealth. A bar area, secluded tables for intimate conversations, minimalist sofas and armchairs for larger groups, and a Chef's Table offering lively gastronomic evenings with a view of the open kitchen, all contribute to creating a comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
