About
The fourth generation of the Dutter family now runs this charming 16C inn, which blends beautifully into this village of half-timbered houses. Inside, the decor, in which local character is combined with colourful decorative flourishes, makes for a welcoming setting. The cuisine is guided by the seasons and rooted in the region. In Stubenrestaurant, the dining is somewhat more sophisticated, with a set menu comprising four courses (eg house-made poularde terrine or pink-roasted beef loin with a wild garlic crust) and a small à la carte selection. Dorfwirtschaft in the old vaulted cellar serves simpler fare, including flammkuchen and rump steak. In addition to the terrace, there is the pretty pergola. Chef Arthur Dutter is a member of the charity Deutsche Fußballköche (German football chefs). Tip: Take a short stroll to the St Petronilla parish church.
