Dubrovin

The "Dubrovin" restaurant, serving modern Russian cuisine, offers traditional favorites with a contemporary twist.

"Dubrovin" proudly bears the name of the architect of the Central Hotel, where the restaurant is located. The white columns, carved mirrors, and crystal chandeliers create a formal yet fresh and cozy atmosphere. We studied the hotel's historical interiors, reinterpreted the architectural solutions, and the result is a nostalgic blend that we have incorporated into the menu, decor, and overall ambiance. Our pride is the magnificent panels depicting Soviet-era Sverdlovsk, created by the artist Alexander Deineka. One of them is dedicated to the hotel itself, while the other depicts participants in numerous sporting events that took place during the Soviet era on the banks of the city pond. The diverse flavors on the menu will allow guests to embark on a gastronomic journey through the history of Russian cuisine and experience the genuine hospitality of our country.
