BIO SHMIO is a wine bar that's unpretentious but full of character. We specialize in organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. We primarily offer wines from small, family-run wineries, from brilliant self-taught artisans, biodynamic superstars, or simply great guys who love wine, understand it, and make it themselves, sometimes even with their feet! Since 2018, we've been serving both clear and cloudy wines, pairing them with unconventional snacks and a relaxed atmosphere! Our chef, Roman, is the only chef and sommelier in the city, so our dishes are always perfectly matched with the drinks in our bar!
