About
In this restaurant, which stands out for its contemporary design set against a backdrop of beautiful Catalan vaults, the highlight is the constant attention provided by the owners: Joan Morillo in the dining room and his wife, Laura Tejero, as sommelier. The menu, which could be described as a nostalgic take on Catalan cuisine (with subtle undertones and well-judged French influences), aims to offer the finest ingredients and a wide range of choices; that’s why the menu allows you to order half portions, and if you fancy letting yourself be guided, there’s also a full tasting menu available. Standout dishes? Standout dishes include the superb seasonal Maresme peas (which are mixed with a pil-pil broth, cod tripe and truffle shavings), as well as the delicacy of the Pheasant ravioli in its own marinade. They also have a good cheese cart with more than 20 varieties!
