The Grom brothers run their restaurant right in the centre of this small town – Jason in the kitchen, Niklas front of house. Jason Grom's ambitious modern dishes are served as a five- to seven-course set menu (classic and vegetarian) – tempting options include creamy Parmigiano Reggiano ravioli with grilled leek and rum-soaked raisins. Characterised by premium materials and chic, minimalist design, the decor reflects the owners' enthusiasm for wine. An alternative eatery, "burg - gasthaus" serves à la carte classics such as Zwiebelrostbraten (braised beef with onions and gravy) and Wiener schnitzel, as well as charcoal-grilled dry-aged cuts of meat from the neighbouring farm (Leimgrabenhof).
