The menu boasts an extraordinary combination of specialities from Cremona and Mantova, including local cured meats, pumpkin tortelli with sweet tomato sauté, “porc-tonné” (meat with tuna) from an original recipe by Pellegrino Artusi, and sbrisolona cake with warm zabaglione.
