Osteria del Miglio 2.10

A pleasant (and excellent) provincial restaurant with a modern feel and a traditional brick-vaulted ceiling, where owner-chef Samuele Miglioli pays tribute to local traditions in his cuisine (don’t miss the marubini pasta in three broths and the famous pumpkin tortelli). The dishes here focus on seasonal ingredients which are carefully transformed into generous dishes full of flavour, as demonstrated by the rice timbale served on a delicious beef ragù and topped with beef carpaccio. There’s also an excellent selection of wines, with a particular focus on sparkling wines.
