In April 2022, "Let's Have Carbonara," a pasta restaurant, opened in Moscow, located within the Flakon design complex, across from the neighboring "Khlebozavod" public space. The interior is minimalist and eclectic, with a menu that, despite the name, offers more than just pasta. The bar features affordable prices and friendly service. Interior: The interior design is functional, moderately austere, and not overloaded with details or accessories. The rectangular space of the cafe is open-plan, with access for guests from both Novodmitrovskaya Street and the internal courtyard of Flakon. There is one small hall with a dense seating arrangement for 50 people. A compact, open kitchen with a chef's station and high stools, located in the corners, along with an open bar area, encourage informal interaction between staff and guests. The beige tones of the furniture and dried flowers in the decor visually evoke the most common color of pasta. Three large round mirrors expand the space, while two rows of spotlights evenly illuminate the elongated hall with soft light.
