At the highest point of the town, in Gabicce Monte, a short tunnel with porthole windows leads to a lift and from there to the restaurant: an enchanting terrace (enclosed by glass walls when the weather demands) commanding views over the sea and the surrounding hills. We recommend arriving at sunset: when weather conditions are favourable, the sunset from here is spectacular. Much the same can be said of Davide Di Fabio’s cooking, which draws inspiration from various gastronomic traditions – local and otherwise – to which the chef brings a personal and thoroughly accomplished interpretation. An exceptional wine list is a further accomplice, extending to French labels and offering a generous choice by the glass.
