The bar is located in a historic building in the city of Penza, formerly the Penza Distillery named after Meyerhold. The liqueurs and fruit infusions are made using "Uglevka" vodka, which was once produced on the very same site, within the walls of the factory. The bar offers a combined menu of European cuisine.
