The restaurant is a project of one of the leading companies in the hospitality industry, the Mriya Resort & SPA complex, and therefore, the design reflects a culture of impeccable service and the high standards of a five-star establishment. The dishes are prepared using a unique Texas-style BBQ smoking method. This concept served as the starting point for the restaurant's interior design. The interior combines Black Sea aesthetics with the raw, industrial feel of a meat restaurant. The design is based on contrast: guests are presented with the decor of a meat processing plant set against the backdrop of the sea. The bar counter and some of the furniture are made of stainless steel, while chandeliers stylized as sea foam caught in fishing nets hang from the ceiling. The designers attempted to soften the harshness of the interior with lighting solutions and custom-made furniture.
