He began his career in the 2000s at the restaurant "Francesco," under the guidance of the renowned Italian chef Giuseppe Priolo. Three years later, he became the head chef at the restaurant "Borsalino" in the "Angleterre" hotel. Subsequently, he worked as a chef at the restaurant "Severjanin," owned by Aram Mnatsakanov, a restaurateur and the founder of the Probka Family group. He then led the kitchens of the restaurant "Piano" and the wine bar "Provence," both part of the wine company "CentroBalt," and later, the kitchen of the "Cofein" coffee chain. Currently, he is working at the Mriya Resort & SPA, where he first opened the "Black Sea BBQ" establishment and then the restaurant "Salt & Pepper."
