The "Chaika" restaurant is located on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, at the foot of Moscow City – it's a two-deck yacht offering panoramic views of the Moskva River, the White House, and the Ukraina Hotel. The interior design features valuable wood species, and in the summer, guests can enjoy an open terrace. The restaurant has a total capacity of 600 people: three large halls that can accommodate 250 guests, and three VIP rooms for 30 people each, making it suitable for both large-scale and intimate events.

The restaurant's kitchen is headed by Italian chef Domenico Filippone, who previously worked at the Gualtiero Marchesi restaurant. The menu combines Mediterranean and Pan-Asian cuisine, with a Japanese robata grill featured in the open Asian kitchen area. Dishes include risotto and pasta with truffles, Black Angus beef tartare, seafood, as well as seasonal and themed menus – including vegetarian, New Year's, and Maslenitsa (Russian Pancake Week) options. The restaurant also participated in the O2 sustainable gastronomy festival, featuring a special Zero Waste menu created by chef Denis Gorbachev. The wine collection boasts thousands of different labels.
