An Argentinian meat restaurant hidden in the basement of the Masa Madre bakery on Solyanka Street. Restaurateur Denis Bobkov and chef Roman Palkin pair South American open-fire grilling with award-winning Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu, backed by Argentinian Malbecs and a considered sake list. Exposed brick, candlelight and a speakeasy-like intimacy set the tone of the small dining room.
